Dr Amy Bilderbeck an Experimental Psychologist at the University of Oxford. Her work focused on the role of the neurotransmitter serotonin on social behavior and cognition. She has worked on the effects of yoga and meditation classes on wellbeing among prisoners and is herself a yoga and vipassana meditation practitioner, with ongoing research in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and both wellbeing and social behavior.
Mr Davinder Panesar is one of the pioneers of mindfulness and compassion based intervention and transpersonal growth in the UK. Dav brings together his 20+ years of experience in teaching Mindfulness based intervention for health, wellbeing and business. Dav address two areas; Mindfulness and its role in regaining health and wellbeing; The transpersonal growth and development initiated through right-mindfulness practice , guidance and experience.
